The fact is, we're all a little crazy :)
We make stuff up that isn't there.
We distort stuff that is there.
We assign meaning to events that don't have any meaning.
And the reality is:
EVERY memory we have is a complete distortion of what actually happened. The farther in the past the memory is, and the more times we've thought about it...
...the more we've changed what actually has happened.

As a friend of mine once told me... as I was pondering on something that happened one time, while I was walking along the beach... thinking about a time I was in a hotel room, and a man in a black suit walked right up and said:
It's NEVER too late to have a good childhood
And he's right.
However, we can also make stuff up that isn't very useful to us.

Because today we paid out over $1.15 million in commissions (just for the last 7 days) and that can mean all sorts of things...
